I contacted Dr. Strickland direct via email and called and left several voicemail messages on their office phone on December 30th regarding some information I needed to file a medical claim so that I could be reimbursed by insurance for a previous visit. I told them it was an urgent matter. Have they followed up in any way with me over the last 16 days? No, they have not. They had my email and my phone number I left in the messages.
